Biggest Scoop of National Importance by PPPS in 2017 - This story, posted on March 5, 2017, about apparent Russian collusion among Trump associates, may yet lead to the impeachment of President Donald Trump.

Least Effective Post from 2017 - It was hoped that this graphic, posted on Thanksgiving, 2017, would result in healing for our nation and Al Franken's continued service to  the people of Minnesota.

Alas, it was not to be.

However, in postponing his official resignation until January 2, 2018, Senator Franken was able to molest the American taxpayers by cashing in on a couple more paid holidays, and to ensure his celebrity status by being the butt of jokes for at least one day in 2018.

Clinton-Lynch Tarmac Conversation Revealed

Video capture photo from the Event Chronicle (see below)
PPPS (Phoenix)—As most people know by now, former President Bill Clinton, and Attorney General Loretta Lynch had a conversation about golf and grand kids in a plane on the tarmac at the Phoenix airport on June 27, 2016.

Based upon newly released emails and other bits of information, our esteemed Editor-in-Chief, Pundit Pete has pieced together his interpretation of that now famous conversation.

Here is how Pundit Pete imagines the conversation went:

Bill Clinton: Loretta, how good to see you.
Loretta Lynch: This is quite a surprise, Mr. President.
BC: Well, I just thought I would drop by and say hello. How are your grand kids by the way?
LL: Oh, they are fine, thanks for asking.
BC: That's great. Just remember, we know where they live, if you catch my drift.
LL: (nods)
BC: Now, Loretta, you know I can't really talk to you about Hillary's email matter. Those damned Fox News folks might perceive something the matter with that. As might some of those damned Republican committee members.
LL: No Mr. President, we couldn't talk about that matter.
BC: No, we couldn't. So, my suggestion, should that matter ever come up, is that you might want to consider taking the day off and playing golf.
LL: Golf, Mr. President?
BC: Yes, wonderful sport. Popular with former, and some active Presidents, and many former Attorneys General who decided to take matters into their own hands.
LL: I see Mr. President. One would not want to take up golf prematurely.
BC: Exactly. Glad you view the sport in its proper perspective. Maybe we could play a round after you retire at the end of Hillary's second term, or to celebrate your Supreme Court appointment.
LL: That would be very nice Mr. President, and an honor.
BC: Well, matters being what they are, perhaps we should wait. Besides, it's too damned hot to play golf here in Phoenix in the summer.

Notes: The photo was included in a March 20, 2017 article about the Tarmac meeting in The Event Chronicle. It appears to be a screen capture of a security camera video obtained by ABC News.

The above referenced conversation is derived from the fevered imagination of Pundit Pete, and to the extent it mirrors the actual conversation between former President Bill Clinton and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch is purely coincidental.

Two Thoughts on Racism

PPPS (Littleton)—We are concerned about the heightened state of racial tension in America of late.

On one side, Democrats, Leftist Radicals and the Mainstream Media are working in concert to accuse anyone who is a white male, or agrees with a white male (regardless of skin color or gender), or who is conservative, or a Republican, or a Trump supporter, or a Christian, or likes football, or loves the Star Spangled Banner, or flies a U.S. flag, or admires a statue, or supports free speech, of being a RACIST and WHITE SUPREMACIST.

On the other side, we have millions of Americans who resent being labeled something they are not, while many conservative pundits and leading Republicans feel it is necessary to apologize for being associated with those same Americans, or worse, agreeing with the accusations.

In that context, we thought we might interject two simple truths into this insane discussion.

One is from our esteemed CEO, Pundit Pete, and the other is in the form of a decal created by Citizen Caryn, a loyal reader who we greatly admire and friend to more Petes than she would like to admit.

PPPS Hires, Immediately Suspends New Reporter

Reporter Robert E. Lee Pete
PPPS (Littleton)—In an effort to broaden our coverage and include more stories about events occurring in the southern portion of the country, the Pundit Pete Press Service was proud to announce the hiring of a new reporter, Robert E. Lee Pete, based out of Stone Mountain, a suburb of Atlanta.

However, as a result of protesters currently picketing in front of our Littleton, Colorado offices and threatening to overturn the statue of our  founder and CEO, Pundit Pete, and in response to a certain campaign of internet shaming taking place on Twitter and Facebook, we have decided to suspend our new reporter indefinitely, pending a suitable name change.

Commentary on Charlottesville

PPPS (Litttleton)—An earth shattering event took place in Charlottesville, Virginia last weekend wherein two or more loser factions created by or associated with the Democrat Party decided to wage a street battle with tragic consequences for one innocent young woman, Heather Heyer, along with many others injured.

The response to these events has been a media onslaught which appears to be intended more to destroy the Presidency of Donald Trump and a number of statues around the country, than anything to do with violence or race relations.

But quite frankly, we are at a loss for words. Instead we think this young woman, named Candace Owens, who tweets @RedPillBlack, sums it up perfectly.

Questions Arise After Senate Obamacare Vote

PPPS (Littleon)—Following last night's vote in the U.S. Senate to retain Obamacare, we awoke this morning to find a note posted on our door, held in place with a single golden arrow. It read...

The skies are darkening in the direction of DC.
There is a feeling of dread across the land.
Is the White Wizard McCain now in league with Sauron?
Are the armies of men in danger of falling?
Will GOP become the Oathbreakers, the Army of the Dead?
Who now will step forward to bear this ring
and destroy it in fires of Mt. Doom?

Bill Bennett - Influential, Respected American Speaks at Western Conservative Summit

PPPS (Denver)--One of our loyal readers, Citizen Caryn, has been attending the Western Conservative Summit in Denver this weekend. She has submitted this short article about one the esteemed speakers at the Summit. We are thrilled to publish it.

Influential, Respected, American Graces #WCS17 Stage
Dr. William J. Bennett spoke to attendees at the Western Conservative Summit in Denver on Saturday morning, July 22, 2017. After dropping the number of fourteeners he’s climbed in Colorado (over thirty), he reminded folks of the good that has been done under the current administration, including the nomination and confirmation of Justice Neil Gorsuch and the change in approach under the Trump Administration from containing to annihilating Islamist terrorists.
Dr. Bennett went on to encourage conservatives to get up every day and ask themselves what they can do to move the ball forward on issues of principle, such as religious liberty. He finished his speech by quoting John 14:1, 27: “Let not your hearts be troubled.” Also, he reminded attendees to be salt and light.
Dr. Bennett served in two cabinet level positions in the Reagan and Bush administrations and is now advising President Trump. He earned a J.D. at Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Philosophy at the University of Texas. His undergraduate work was at Williams College.
In an interview after the session, I raised a couple of issues with Dr. Bennett. First, I asked him about the subject of tribalism and communication online. He said that he had been talking to many people—many young people—about it and that he advises them to broaden their networks for communication online. “You don’t want to make the same mistake the universities have made in being too narrow.” Secondly, I wondered what he would say to parents who send their children to universities after raising them in the faith, and with care, and find them greatly changed by the experience. He said that parents need to assess the strength of each child to withstand the campus agenda of the Left and determine which university or college they should attend.

Memo to GOP: Repeal Obamacare

PPPS (Washington, DC)—Given the difficulties and necessary political maneuverings involved in obtaining the votes to pass a GOP plan to partially replace tiny portions of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), we thought we would remind the Republicans why repeal of Obamacare is a much more preferable option to start with.

1) For the past seven years, YOU SAID YOU WOULD
Obamacare. In fact, based upon that promise, We the People, first gave you a majority in the House, then the Senate, and finally the Presidency. Think about that for a minute, between fund raising calls.

2) Obamacare was so complex and full of government control mechanisms that it never could have worked to lower health insurance premiums or make health care affordable for more Americans. WE told you that, and YOU confirmed it when you produced this chart to help people understand how complex Obamacare was.
Just curious, which of those circles and diamonds and connecting lines were you actually planning to eliminate or replace under the GOP House and Senate plans? Perhaps you could produce a new diagram to help voters understand.

3) Obamacare was never intended to create "affordable" health care. Its purposes were much more sinister, which is why President Obama and the other Democrats had to lie and cheat in order to get it passed.

The increase in insurance premiums, the collapse of the health care exchanges, the withdrawal of insurance providers, the massive increase in Medicaid enrollment were all part of the plan to enslave the American people. We told you that. We thought you understood. But instead, after reading your "replacement plans", it appears the GOP has chosen to become the new slave masters. Abolitionists, you are not.

You were appointed to do one task. No one said it would be easy. Now, you must finish the job. Cast Obamacare into the fires of Mt. Doom and free the American people.

Then we can work on a free market replacement.

Will Nancy Pelosi Remain As House Minority Leader?

PPPS (Washington, DC)—Rumors have been circulating around this town that Representative Nancy Pelosi is in danger of losing her job as House Minority Leader in the wake of the recent special election losses in Georgia and South Carolina.

In response to these rumors, a movement has formed to save Rep. Pelosi's job, with this new hashtag #SaveNancyPelosi trending on Twitter. We recently received this promotional literature from a Pelosi fan and decided to share it with our readers.

Citizen Opines on Lowering Political Hostility After VA Shooting

PPPS (Littleton)—We received this short opinion piece about the violent discourse and now actual violence which seems to characterize political debate in our country. It was submitted by a loyal reader, and sometimes contributor, Citizen Pete.

On Lowering Political Hostility

Now that the latest terrorist attack on Republicans points directly back to the Left's irresponsible, hateful and violent rhetoric, the Democrats are suddenly all about "easing political hostility" in America, as if there was ever any equivalence in this matter as between the sides.
This is just more of the same evil from the Left, including the leadership of the Democrat Party. They have no capacity for self inspection or correction.
In fact, even after an actual act of violence mimics the undisguised and oft-stated intentions of members of the media, entertainers and Democrats (all really one and the same), projection is still their main game.
The logical progression of this projection will be that Trump caused the violence, aided by Deplorables and the Tea Party, and approved of by Republicans.
Oh, and of course, guns.

Gunman in VA Appears to be a Dem and Bernie Sanders Supporter

From FB page - photo not confirmed
PPPS (Littleton)—Based upon a report in the Washington Post this morning, the gunman in the shooting of Republican House Majority Whip Steve Scalise has been identified as James T. Hogkinson of Belleville, Illinois.

We are not certain, but based upon an examination of a Facebook page for James T. Hodgkinson of Bellville, Illinois, he appears to be an active Democrat and Bernie Sanders supporter. Here is what PPPS believes to be a photo of Mr. Hodgkinson.

Given the mainstream media's open hatred of President Trump and Republicans, presentation of violent images and encouragement of assassination by Hollywood celebs and CNN, the recent play showing the knifing of our President, and the violence spouted on campuses by Antifa and other groups, all encouraged, supported, or at a minimum ignored by our left-wing press, it is not surprising that some Democrat out their would turn this rhetoric into real violence. Shameful.

We will be waiting to see how the media and leading Democrats and Mr. Sanders respond to this terrorist act. Our guess, it will all be blamed on guns and President Trump.

Following also are some screen captures from his FB page.

Patriot Pete Sends Message to Senate on Gorsuch Nomination

PPPS (Peetz, Colorado)—In the midst of a spring snowstorm, a mysterious man on horseback pounded on our door early this morning and handed us this note. We decided to publish it.

A Message to the U.S. Senate in Regards to the Pending Nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch to the United States Supreme Court:
Listen up you Lazy, good-for-nothing bunch of Liars, Thieves and Self Promoters. The Patience of We the People has been been rendered Dangerously thin.
The honorable Judge Neil Gorsuch is a Decent Man dedicated to the Constitution and the Rule of Law, concepts you may not be familiar with. But We the People have taken note of his Character, despite the efforts of Democrats and their Conspirators in the Press to Denigrate him. Judge Gorsuch hails from the Great State of Colorado, where men and women value what Liberty we still Hold, Despite the Indignities Imposed upon us by Traitors in Washington, DC.
Who cares what Democrats think or grouse about? They are all Enemies of We the People and our Constitution.
Who cares about Trivial Senate Rules, purported to bring Honor and Decorum to a Chamber where there is none?

It is time for Senators to stop Spouting Nonsense and Start Listening to We the People. You waste our Precious Time and hard-earned Money on Pointless and Incoherent speeches and delaying tactics.
The next Supreme Court session is about to begin, and We need all hands on deck to Defend our Freedoms.
Don't make me ride my Trusted Steed across this beautiful land to Washington, DC - I may just gather a few Trusted Patriots to join me along the way.
Respectfully submitted, this 4th of April, in the Year of Our Lord, two thousand and seventeen.

BREAKING: Suspicious Russian Connections Among Trump Supporters at Denver Rally

PPPS (Denver)—Accusations by the Media and other members of the Democrat Party that the Trump Campaign was coordinating with the Russian government may have been confirmed by supporters at a Trump Rally in Denver yesterday.

During the past week, Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been forced to admit that he met with Russian Ambassador Sergey Ivanovich Kislyak and has now recused himself from any investigations of Russian influence on the Trump election.

Trump supporters welcoming the protesters.
PPPS investigators decided to interview Trump supporters at a rally today on the steps of the Colorado State Capitol regarding the accusations of Russian influence. The results of our investigation were truly shocking.
Friendly protesters were there to encourage open discussion.

Perhaps encouraged by the protesters who showed up to participate in friendly discussions, many Trump supporters were remarkably open to admitting that they too had met with the Russian ambassador when interviewed by our PPPS reporters.

In fact, based upon our random interviews, the Russian ambassador apparently met with an astounding number of Trump supporters during just a few short visits to Colorado. There can no longer be any doubt of Russian influence on the election, as evidenced by candidate Trump coming within 5 percentage points of winning the election over Hillary Clinton in Colorado.

Following is a random sample of the Colorado Trump supporters (and one supporter from Denmark) who met with Ambassador Kislyak. (Click to enlarge the photos, there might be someone you know.)
