Traveler Jake Offers Nutrition Advice

PPPS (Baltimore) Sometimes while traveling, you meet an extraordinary individual who, in your brief encounter, offers up the kind of wisdom that you'll want to remember forever.

We met one such individual while staying at the wonderful Inn at Henderson's Wharf in the Fells Point area of Baltimore. His name was Jake, a seasoned traveler and renowned nutritionist, who hails from Harrisburg, PA.

Jake's advice?

"While traveling, it's essential to start your day with a well-rounded breakfast."

In the interest of fair and balanced reporting, we would like to note that there are differing opinions among nutrition experts, with some advocating for one square-meal-a-day, and others who recommend a food pyramid approach.

We think that all experts would agree, however, that the continental breakfast buffet at the Henderson's Wharf Inn is over the top good, and dinner at the nearby Adela Restaurant cannot be beat!
