It should be noted that the Pundit Pete Press Service was among the only major news organizations not labeled as defendants in the case.
The lawsuit, which most media pundits are today labeling as outrageous, unconstitutional and frivolous, claims that:
....by not reporting certain facts in the possession of the news organizations and named individuals, We the People, and Citizen Pete in particular, are robbed of information rightfully ours, are unable to accurately evaluate certain news stories, and are deprived of their ability to make rational decisions regarding public policy, public elections, and public polling.
Furthermore, by intentionally withholding certain information regarding specific news stories, the named individuals and news organizations have illegally influenced elections, prevented informed policy discussions, and have allowed certain government officials to evade appropriate indictment and prosecution. The lawsuit goes on to list certain negative consequences to Citizen Pete resulting from the inaction by the named defendants, and including extreme mental anguish and an extended period of depression, following the November 6, 2012 elections.

THis is fabulous! I have been waiting for someone to finally bring this travesty into the light. Good for Pete! He should have a march to CBS/ABC/NBC news headquarters with signs showing their lead anchors with blinders on or tape across their mouths. I would join in in a heartbeat! Thank you Pete!
