In Honor of a True Leader of Character - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

PPPS (Littleton)—Today we celebrate the birthday of an American leader of outstanding character, courage and conviction, and a man of faith - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

We encourage our readers to watch the video of Dr. King's I Have A Dream speech delivered on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in 1963.

And we pray that all of our leaders and citizens will take heart from Dr. King's Dream, thank God for the progress we have made as a country, and look upon our fellow citizens as Dr. King would have us do.

And for those among us who still have trouble with that concept, we offer up this replacement for that worn-out old race card:

Update: You can now purchase the above Racism is Garbage window decal, created by Citizen Caryn, here. We have them on our cars. - The Staff

  1. Your message, unfortunately, is too sophisticated. The holier-than-thou types who feel morally superior by branding everyone else (especially Conservatives) as "racist" will not realize the sticker is criticizing them.

I once had a sticker on my car that said, "10 out of 10 Terrorists Agree: Anybody but Bush!"

You wouldn't believe how many idiots said, "Anybody but Bush! Right On!" One woman praised me ecstatically and went into a full Bush-hating rant until her son whispered to her, "Uh, Mom, I don't think that's an ANTI-Bush sticker!"

    1. That was a good example you gave. However, no simple message is too sophisticated, as long as it stimulates a response, and perhaps at least a minimal amount of thought.
