Has Race Card Been Overplayed?

PPPS (Littleton)—Given the Left's proclivity for labeling anything they disagree with as racist, we asked our crack research team to search for something not so labeled. Here is the result.

In the course of their research, PPPS staff also came across this old post, which seemed relevant.

Night One - DNC Convention

PPPS (Milwaukee)—We asked our resident expert, Political-Beat Pete, to summarize the first night of the Democratic Party National Convention held virtually in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Recognizing that most of our readers are low-information voters and unlikely to watch the convention. Pete chose to simplify the Democrat Party message and juxtapose their positions against those of the Republican Party, in order to present our readers with a clear choice in November. Here is what he came up with. H/T to John Kasich for the idea.

Post comments on what choice you will make in November.

Keep it clean - Pious Pete will be monitoring.

Two Thoughts on Racism

PPPS (Littleton)—We are concerned about the heightened state of racial tension in America of late.

On one side, Democrats, Leftist Radicals and the Mainstream Media are working in concert to accuse anyone who is a white male, or agrees with a white male (regardless of skin color or gender), or who is conservative, or a Republican, or a Trump supporter, or a Christian, or likes football, or loves the Star Spangled Banner, or flies a U.S. flag, or admires a statue, or supports free speech, of being a RACIST and WHITE SUPREMACIST.

On the other side, we have millions of Americans who resent being labeled something they are not, while many conservative pundits and leading Republicans feel it is necessary to apologize for being associated with those same Americans, or worse, agreeing with the accusations.

In that context, we thought we might interject two simple truths into this insane discussion.

One is from our esteemed CEO, Pundit Pete, and the other is in the form of a decal created by Citizen Caryn, a loyal reader who we greatly admire and friend to more Petes than she would like to admit.

Are Colorado Politics Touched By Racism?

PPPS (Denver)—In an astonishing series of events this campaign season, perpetrated by Democratic candidates and Democrat-leaning press outlets, a disturbing pattern of racism appears to be emerging in Colorado politics.

Whether by commission, or by omission, black GOP party officials and candidates have been systematically discriminated against by their political opponents and by press outlets like the Denver Post. All of this begs the question: has racism started to become a part and parcel of the Democrat Party and its supporters, or is it just re-emerging out of the dark recesses of that party's sordid past?

At the Pundit Pete Press Service, we are proud to be at the leading edge of investigative journalism in our home state of Colorado, and will be pursuing these issues with the kind of professional integrity that once characterized the journalism profession. Towards that end, we have also formed an independent, non-partisan panel to oversee these investigations, the:

Committee to Stamp Out Racism in Colorado Politics

One of the first projects supervised by the Committee will be to produce informative print and video materials to educate the citizens to take up the cause to stamp out racism in Colorado politics. Our first item is actually one submitted by an engaged PPPS reader, Citizen Pete, to which the Committee has agreed to lend it's distinguished stamp of approval.
